Power weeks & powerbooks

Last week I faced maximum workload possible for a single week. Two important meetings/presentation above program level have to be finished given tight timelines and big customers' expectations. In the end our work was quite satisfying.
This week will be no comparison: I will have time to help my girlfriend with completing the work on her diploma thesis, to be finished Thursday.
I guess there will be enough time to think about my purchase strategy for my notebook: The simple and stylisch Macbook outperforms all my other candidates by now. But the new Dell XPS' are worth a second look, especially there are models with Ubuntu right out of the box.
